At AdapterKart, we want to ensure you find the perfect connection for your devices. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your AdapterKart account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the item you wish to return and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Securely
Place the adapter or accessory in its original packaging, ensuring all manuals and components are included, and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the shipping box.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please keep your tracking receipt for your records.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our technical team inspects the returned hardware, we will process your full refund to the original payment method or ship out your replacement item within 3-5 business days.
